Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., scenario planning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
