As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and UN sustainability task forces to develop 10-year roadmaps that position us as the industry's north star. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives from our state-of-the-art San Francisco headquarters, where innovation meets purpose in a culture that rewards bold thinking.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech innovations
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for geopolitical and technological disruptions using predictive analytics platforms
- Chair quarterly Future Council summits with industry luminaries to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Oversee R&D allocation for emerging technologies with >$50M annual budget
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable energy systems
- Present strategic forecasts to Fortune 100 executive boards and UN Technology Forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- Proven track record of launching 3+ paradigm-shifting products with $1B+ market impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate modeling, and decentralized governance frameworks
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or exponential growth
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Professional certification in Scenario Planning (WFS) and Quantum Strategy (IBM)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 TED-level talks on future technologies
