Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful innovation strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or strategic innovation
- Experience presenting to executive teams and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
