Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Secure $10M+ in venture funding for experimental projects
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Patent at least 3 groundbreaking technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 100 experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to market-ready tech solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
