- Collaborate with C-suite to translate innovation into market-ready products and services
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs with global tech partners
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Foresighting
