Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for next-generation neural networks and autonomous agents.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier researchers and engineers in pushing the boundaries of Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define technical strategies that align with our 2026 vision, focusing on low-latency inference and energy-efficient models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into deployable products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor junior architects to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in designing large-scale AI systems.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and ethical AI frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex optimization problems in real-time environments.
