This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our state-of-the-art San Francisco campus or remotely within the US, with quarterly in-person innovation sprints. You'll lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product designers to transform futuristic concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovations
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum/AI/sustainable tech initiatives
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of tech policy and regulatory landscapes
