Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with 2026+ market projections and company vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and evaluate their commercial potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic advantages
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
- Author technology whitepapers and thought leadership pieces positioning InnovateTomorrow as an industry futurist
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business transformation
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience in scaling technology strategy across global organizations
