Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Author white papers on future technology ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, climate tech)
