Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
- Publish thought leadership on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ethical tech implementation and sustainability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
