- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Coordinate R&D initiatives with engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
