Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in post-quantum cryptography
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with policy councils to shape global tech standards for sustainable innovation
- Drive adoption of carbon-negative data centers through liquid cooling and renewable energy integration
- Lead workshops on human-AI symbiosis for Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and edge computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE ACM journals on human-computer interaction evolution
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (CFP) or equivalent foresight credential
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
