Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using bleeding-edge hardware/software stacks
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive landscapes for emerging tech verticals
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and acquire strategic startups in pre-2026 innovation spaces
- Present technology foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology innovation journals
