Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 quantum-AI convergence initiatives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen computing paradigms (neuromorphic, photonic)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment in regulated industries
- Manage $15M R&D budget for forward-looking technology incubation projects
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners on 2026 technology readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in quantum/AI domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with published research in future tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems and NIST quantum standards
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor industry roadmap (IRDS) beyond Moore's Law
- Certified in Strategic Technology Planning (STP) and Quantum Leadership
