Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with federal technology grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
- Certified in Technology Innovation Management (TIM)
