Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 50+ engineers and researchers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and global research institutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with 95% approval rate
- Drive $50M+ R&D initiatives through federal and private funding channels
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ annual filings in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication skills demonstrated to audiences including Fortune 500 boards
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
