Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Design scalable frameworks for human-AI collaboration in enterprise environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed impact analyses
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech practices
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for experimental projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
