- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging technologies (IEEE, MIT Press)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, Trendalyzer) and predictive analytics
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user bases
- Clearance for government-level secure innovation projects
