- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational change management for future-tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives (2024-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive dashboards and market analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ regions
