Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and implementation plans to executive stakeholders
- Develop KPIs to measure impact on business transformation and market positioning
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for high-priority initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem preferred
