Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the weekend team with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer support to our clients via phone and email, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Project Assistance: Support senior staff in executing weekend marketing campaigns and analyzing basic performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve team goals.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports summarizing workload and progress, presenting findings to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
