Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused metrics
- Partner with academia (MIT, Stanford, etc.) on cutting-edge research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or HBR (2020-2023)
- Fluency in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnership projects
