- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to identify differentiation opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI and risk-benefit analyses
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership or patents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite and technical teams
