Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market shifts across technology, society, and business models
- Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product initiatives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
