Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for ambitious initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
