Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author white papers on emerging tech impacts (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and innovation practitioners
- Design and execute future-proofing initiatives for enterprise clients
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformational change
