- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across global markets
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact through advanced analytics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
