Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Pioneer new methodologies for exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams
- Proficient in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
