Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable product strategies
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for future-readiness initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation concepts and validate market viability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation in tech sector
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
