As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term corporate evolution in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at global industry forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism/tech conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
