Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making under uncertainty

- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, executive briefings, and industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through predictive analytics and market modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
