Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging market opportunities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership publications on future scenarios
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
