Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product development pipelines
- Present trend analysis to executive teams and board stakeholders
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Publication record in futurist or innovation thought leadership
- Experience with Delphi method and technology impact assessment frameworks
