Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for next-gen business models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives within enterprise environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
