Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Deliver executive-level insights through white papers, trend reports, and strategic briefings
- Build and manage an external innovation network including academics, startups, and policy influencers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in distributed environments
