- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and market adaptation readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using exponential technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams in matrix organizations
