Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation blueprints for AI, biotech, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead high-stakes ideation workshops with executive teams and industry partners
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot implementation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
