Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast industry trends through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Build competitive intelligence reports on emerging disruptors and market convergence points
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in tech forecasting and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
