- Develop and execute 2026-focused strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation patterns
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for long-term organizational resilience
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, or similar methodology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
