Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across 5 strategic verticals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) for commercial viability
- Design human-centered prototypes for future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Design Thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Fluency in at least two future-focused analytical frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
