Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and present to executive leadership and investors
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and patent strategies
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
