Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster future-ready thinking
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain external ecosystem of futurists and academic partners
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof strategies
- Strong background in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
