Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for scenario planning and risk mitigation in volatile environments
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain an expert network of thought leaders across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Champion innovation culture through internal education and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting global business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
