Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions for climate resilience, AI governance, and quantum integration
- Produce comprehensive impact assessments for emerging technologies including biotech convergence, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs to shape regulatory frameworks
- Design and implement KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption curves and societal readiness metrics
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven visualization tools
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js for complex trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major innovation initiatives launched within the past 5 years
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
