Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030 horizon
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and bio-innovation into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Build innovation pipelines leveraging predictive analytics and foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in virtual/physical convergence spaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in translating trend analysis into market-leading business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched from trend insights
