Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and cultural trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into strategic foresight reports
- Present future-state recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Guide product innovation teams in implementing future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects published in 2020-2023
