Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for C-level stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
