- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation pipeline
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Deliver trend briefings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and analysts
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling
- Drive innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
