Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
