Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development cycles
- Establish Horizon Labs as a thought leader through white papers and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
